The gauge brand name appears to be Meco and there are connectors as well as reading gauges. There is also an extra set of connectors from Michelle that I didn’t use. The connectors I have on the equipment were better quality.
I own the oxygen tank and it is 52 inches tall (including turn handle) and appears to hold 155 cubic feet of oxygen. It has a top for the tank and I would just switch out tanks as I got new oxygen.
I would also include the security chain for the oxygen tank as it has a nice closure system on the chain.
For the Lampworking, there are 3 bead reamers and each is a different size. Again, all the equipment is in good condition. I could send pictures of the fusing materials if necessary but everything is included in the $1000 price. As I mentioned earlier, I will be gone the full day tomorrow but if you need pictures of the fusing materials we will get that done later in the week.
Again, thank you for all your time and expertise. I really hope it will be a quick sale and that the buyer will have a lot of fun with it. I will be back on line on Tues. the 7th.

I am happy to say that Andrea has agreed to teach a 1-Day Beginning to Intermediate Class on Monday, October 4th, 2010.

Andrea and I worked out this arrangement for all of you who are not ready for her Master’s Class. Since I don’t know when I’ll be able to have Andrea return I wanted everyone to have an opportunity to study with her. The class is an “Open Format” class which means that Andrea will offer ideas on what she can teach in One Day and the students will choose which lessons they want to see. Some initial suggestions will be learning her Moth and Galaxy beads, silver fuming, powder layering, and shaping. The only limitation is time and maybe the supplies to do the request lesson though I have everything from her Master’s class so I don’t expect that to be an issue.

For Those of You Who Are Qualified for Andrea’s Master’s Class there is still one seat available at this link.

I wanted to give any Open Torchers who rely on the studio to make product for the shows they will be doing this holiday season a “Heads Up” on what will be happening at the studio as far as open/closed dates.

It is very likely that I will remain closed on Thursdays until I’ve met my own Show Inventory requirements. And I will be closed the entire week before any show I attend. This means that you will want to schedule your Open Torching sessions early as you won’t be able to do any power torching the week before any show I am also attending.

I recommend looking through the “Event Calendar” from now until December to get an idea of what shows I am attending and when the studio is expected to be Open or Closed so you can plan your own torching schedule within those availabilities.

Because of fewer days being available I’m open to staying open later on occasion. But only if you’ve taken full advantage of the hours I’m already open and still need some more time. It is always best to ask ahead to make sure I’ve not made plans for after normal studio hours.

I’m looking forward to venturing further into our Holiday Shows and hope that looking at the full picture, planning ahead, and making you aware of what is available, we will all have a successful selling season.

No more Saturday Market for Deb this season… and I’ve opened up this Saturday for Open Torchers (1pm to 6pm). I have also opened up Monday, September 6th for Open Torching (1pm to 6pm)!

The studio remains closed on Thursdays throughout September. This extra day is doing me a world of good in regards to keeping up with tasks so don’t be surprised if I extend it through October. The studio will be closed the weekend of September 10th-12th for one of the bigger tasks at hand. These closures are reflected in the online reservation system. To keep up to date on open/closed dates you can view the “Event Calendar.”

And keep in mind… I only open if someone reserves online so if you haven’t made a reservation and are unsure if I’m open, please call 726-1080.

There is now only “One” seat left in Andrea’s Two-Day Masters Class. The seat is available for registration to one lucky person online at “This Link.” I’ve heard over and over again how much people learn from Andrea in this particular class. Will you be the one to take the seat?

AND… a bit of exciting news for beginning to intermediate students… Andrea kindly accepted my invitation to teach a One-Day Beginning to Intermediate Class on Monday, October 4th. I have so many people who wanted to study with her but weren’t ready for a Master’s level class I asked if we could add this class and I just received the “Yes” from Andrea, From Australia, an hour ago!

I need to work up the class description and pricing and I will post again when that is complete. In the meantime, if you are interested in attending this class, please “Contact” me by email letting me know and I’ll give you first chance at one of the seats in this class.

I’ve extended the closure of Thursday Night Open Torching throughout September. Good news is I only have two more Saturday Market dates, August 21st and 28th and the studio will be open for Saturdays again! This means Open Torching will be available through the end of September on Friday Nights 5pm to 9pm, Saturdays and Sundays 1pm to 6pm.

“Paw Prince has a new owner as of August 1. My friend Melissa and her husband sold the business to a wonderful woman — Jann Palach. I met Jann when she took the needle felted dog class KC and I taught.

Anyway, Jann wants to feature dog and cat themed artwork in the store year-round. She wants to promote Alaskan artists and really do the thing right. And, she is going to be very generous with the consignment: 70% to the artist, 30% to the store!

After taking the action of filing a dispute with my credit card company HotAssTools shipped my foot pedal. It has arrived, I’ve installed it, it works well and I’ve dropped the dispute. But I’ve not yet been given a reason for the problems they’ve been having and I’ve not yet heard that a couple other people who hadn’t received their foot pedal have so I continue to caution you to buy from them until I’ve heard that they have resolved their problems… which I hope they have because before this I’d heard great things about their company.

Yes, it is a bit more expensive but it is at least a referred company selling a similar product.

Hot Ass Tools. Something is going on with the guy and he’s not delivering his product to customers and not responding to emails, phone calls, or even to Trey. I know I’ve been telling you all about this person for foot pedals but something has gone wrong. If I find out about an alternate and reliable foot pedal manufacturer I’ll let you know.
